General Contract Policies

  • All equipment is rented out on a first come first served basis. To ensure availability, place orders at least 1 month before the date of event and at least 4 to 6 months before the date of large events.
  • We are constantly adding to rental line, please call for items not listed. 
  • Prices listed here or elsewhere are subject to change without notice. 
  • No credit on unused items will be given.
  • All deposits are non-refundable, they will be applied towards your bill or in the event of complete cancellation NO refund of deposit will be given.
  • Delivery charges apply.
  • Someone must be available onsite at time of delivery and pickup to verify all rental equipment. 
  • Have event site clear of all and any obstructions prior to delivery date/time of rental equipment. This especially holds true for tent rentals.
  • Additional 25% or more will be applied to the total amount of the bill for deliveries other than the ground floor, also deliveries that require equipment to be hauled more than 50 feet. Charges will be applied for impeding delivery. {IE, but not limited to: mower(s) to finish, limb trimming, waiting for any other obstructions to be moved.}
  • Have the tent site ready. Cleared of all obstructions, utilities located, trees trimmed, grass mowed and patio furniture removed. Before tent installation time. Please do not mow the grass while installers are installing the tent. Clearly mark where you want the tent to go. Have cars removed, and tent site roped off for parking lot and street installations. Lawn treatment for pests should be done after tent installation. We recommend that the tent site should be a sound level surface. If you are unsure, Site inspections are encouraged, and provided free of charge by JCM Party Rentals Inc. Labor charges will be assessed per JCM, for the time installers have to wait for the site to be ready. 
  • Items can be delivered the day before and picked up the day after, at no additional charge. Long term rentals rates are available.
  • Extra delivery and/or pickup charges are added for: Late nights, Sunday, Holiday deliveries/pickups
  • A $45.00 charge will be added to rentals that book after 2pm Thursday for that weekend's event rental.
  • We do set up tables, chairs, and other heavy equipment, depending on the circumstances, set up charges will be apply.
  • All equipment should be used on a sound solid surface. Equipment is not to be used on dirt or mud surfaces/areas.
  • Site inspections are encourage, especially on large rental. They are provided by JCM, at no additional charge, after booking.
  • Customers should discontinue use of equipment if any damage or malfunction occurs or is discovered. JCM should then be notified immediately. 
  • Lost and/or damaged rental equipment will be assessed at new market cost.
  • JCM will be the sole determiner as to the salvage ability of the damaged equipment.
  • All lighting for tents should be installed by JCM. We will charge for any and all damage caused by improper lighting.
  • No staples may be used on the equipment
  • Linens should be refuse free and allowed to dry to prevent mildew. Linens should be inspected by the customer when received. JCM will charge for all burn holes, rips, tears.
  • Regarding linens ~ colors of linen may vary, due to to dye lots, laundering. JCM is not responsible for minor or slight color variations.  
  • All china, flatware, glassware, utensils, etc., should be rinsed and free from all debris and repacked in the same containers as they were delivered.
